Create a Punk Rocker Costume

Even a well-behaved child or mild-mannered accountant will feel like a rebel in this costume.

Steps:
1.	Purchase white felt and, using a permanent marker, write "Sid Vicious Lives" or "Anarchy" on it in jagged writing.
2.	Attach it to the front of your shirt with safety pins. Place a pin every other inch, and pin them so the safety pins are on the outside and can be seen.
3.	Rip a hole in the knee of your plaid pants.
4.	Put on your shirt, pants and combat boots.
5.	Line your eyes with sloppy black eyeliner.
6.	Gel your hair so that it sticks up, and then spray green hair color on it.
7.	Apply a few fake tattoos to your arms and neck.
8.	Don your dog collar.
9.	Practice leering in the mirror.
	Tips:
	If you can't find plaid pants (Goodwill is an excellent place to look), torn-up jeans will also work.
